3D GBC Palette Rendering
A downloadable game for Windows
Tech Demo for graphics rendering work.
The goal is to reproduce the limited color capabilities of a Game Boy Color, but in a 3D environment with modern resolution, lighting, etc. This project is an in-progress conversion of my work from Unity to Unreal. The end goal would be to use this in a game (probably first-person), but for now the scope is to demonstrate its capabilities.
A future goal is to include a "blockiness" setting that allows the player to decrease the in-game resolution of the screen, while maintaining the same window size. Also, specifying custom color palettes that can replace the default ones in the game world.
